Refund Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• ​No Refunds: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your session, no refunds will be issued.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. You may transfer your payment to a new appointment time within 7 days of the original session.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

• Emergency Exceptions: In cases of documented emergencies, accommodations may be considered at the sole discretion of Just Breathe Consultation Services, LLC.
