Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. This complimentary 15-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your concerns, and explore how I may be able to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and wholeness. During this brief conversation, you will have space to share what brings you here, ask questions about my approach, and discuss the goals or challenges you are currently facing. Together, we will determine whether my services are a good fit for your needs and identify possible next steps. This consultation is not a counseling session, crisis intervention service, or emergency care. Rather, it is an opportunity to be heard, gain clarity, and explore how spiritually integrated pastoral care and consultation may support your personal, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Booking Policy Appointments can be scheduled via the website or by contacting our office directly. Sessions are offered in-person, virtually, or via phone, based on your preference and availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Payment options include credit/debit cards and secure online payment platforms. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details and any necessary forms to complete before your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy No Refunds: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your session, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. You may transfer your payment to a new appointment time within 7 days of the original session. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your payment. Emergency Exceptions: In cases of documented emergencies, accommodations may be considered at the sole discretion of Just Breathe Consultation Services, LLC. Waitlist Policy If no appointments are available, you may request to be added to the waitlist. You will be notified of any openings based on your availability and preferences. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you accept a waitlist appointment, normal booking and cancellation policies apply.
